The E-Signature (E-Sign) module allows app admins to upload and assign documents to customer for electronic signature directly through the app. It transforms manual paperwork into a digital, trackable, and secure signing process — all accessible from the customer’s smartphone.

Ideal for contracts, agreements, waivers, and formal acknowledgments, this module helps businesses streamline approvals and eliminate delays in collecting signatures.

  Each document is protected with a randomly generated 6-digit access code.

• Touch-Friendly Signature Input
  Customers can sign using their touchscreen devices directly within the app.

  How It Works

  1. Admin Uploads Document
     Admin logs in and uploads a PDF, enters document details, and selects one or more customers to assign it to.

  2. Signature Area Setup
     Admin sets custom signature positions per customer using a drag-and-drop interface.

  3. Document Is Assigned
     Each customer receives an email with their access code and document details.

  4. Customer Signs in the App
     Customer logs into the app, views their document, enters the code, and signs via touchscreen.

  5. Tracking & Notifications
     Admin gets notified once a document is signed. They can view who has signed and when.

  6. Download & Archive
     Signed documents are available for download by both parties anytime before expiration.
