The system consists of two primary user types: clients and agents. New users are automatically categorized as clients upon registration.
Clients can use an agent code by signing up and entering the code in their profile, which notifies the agent for referral tracking.
Agents can easily share their invitation code by accessing the invitation tab and using a predefined message set by the admin.
Only the admin can change a user’s type from client to agent. Agents receive points when an admin uploads a contract linked to a client referred by that agent.
As of now, there is no option to delete agents, and redeemed products cannot be deleted but can be modified if needed for the fairness of the redemption process.
